Crispy and fried cubes of tofu marinated in soya sauce and vinegar.
Japanese Fried Oysters
Oysters breaded in Panko and then deep fried in oil. Served with mayonnaise
Miso Soup
Miso paste is mixed in a hot stock called dashi. It consists of various ingredients and vegetables. It is served hot with tofu.
Shumai
It is traditional Japanese dumpling served as a light snack. Our chefs prepare Shumai using local produce.
Smoked Salmon Sushi Rolls
A sheet of seaweed filled with cooked rice, vinegar, smoked salmon, cucumber and avocado.
Vegetarian Nori Rolls
Nori seaweed sheets are filled with tofu, sticky rice and carrot.
Yakitori with Mayonnaise
A skewered chicken prepared in a bamboo or steel skewer. Chicken pieces are grilled over a charcoal fire to make it more smoky and juicy.
